Things to bring to your eye exam if they are available.

  • Old glasses or old priscriptions
  • Old boxes of contacts
  • Medication list
  • Doctors List ( for communication)
  • Diabetics your HGA1C ( that the number that tells you your blood sugar over 3 month period)
  • Medical and Surgical History; a list if multiple.
  • Any additional information that is association with your health.

DILATION IS A PART OF AN EYE EXAM. IT ALLOWS THE DOCTOR TO LOOK AT THE INSIDE HEATLH OF YOUR EYES. DO NOT AVOID IT!

 PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.
