Things to bring to your eye exam if they are available.
- Old glasses or old priscriptions
- Old boxes of contacts
- Medication list
- Doctors List ( for communication)
- Diabetics your HGA1C ( that the number that tells you your blood sugar over 3 month period)
- Medical and Surgical History; a list if multiple.
- Any additional information that is association with your health.
DILATION IS A PART OF AN EYE EXAM. IT ALLOWS THE DOCTOR TO LOOK AT THE INSIDE HEATLH OF YOUR EYES. DO NOT AVOID IT!
PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.
